Are prices in U.S. dollars?
Yes. Prices are in USD. Standard shipping is free to all 50 states, and applicable tax is shown before checkout. Payment availability is explained in our Payment Policy.
Does every product include the accessories shown?
Check the product description and selected option for included parts. Room photographs may include styling pieces that are sold separately. Power supplies, extension cables and storage bags are included only when stated.
Can I change an order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check whether the order has entered fulfillment. A change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once it has shipped.
What if a product arrives damaged?
Keep the product and packaging, take clear photographs where possible and email the order number and details to sales@fredschristmastrees.com. We will review the issue and explain the next step.
