Who is responsible and how to contact us

This notice concerns our store. A payment provider, carrier, or external website may also handle information under its own notice when you use that service. We do not control another organization’s independent data practices.
Information we collect and receive
- Contact and order information: name, email, phone number where provided, billing and shipping addresses, products ordered, payment status, and transaction references.
- Messages and support records: information you send in a form or email, including order questions, photographs supplied for a claim, and correspondence about a return.
- Technical and shopping-session information: IP address, browser and device information, pages or actions needed to operate and protect the site, cart contents, and session identifiers.
- Public contributions: the display name, rating, and text you submit with a product review.
Payment details are handled through the payment method available at checkout. We may receive payment status and a transaction reference; do not send full card details or banking credentials to our support email. You can browse without placing an order, but we need relevant order details to fulfill a purchase.
Why we use personal information
We use information to operate the cart and checkout, process and fulfill orders, arrange delivery, communicate about purchases, provide support, investigate faults, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, maintain security, and keep records required by law.
We also use information to administer reviews and investigate misuse. If you choose to receive optional marketing messages, you can withdraw that choice using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us. Service messages about an existing order are separate from optional marketing.
Where an applicable law requires a legal basis, relevant processing may be necessary for the purchase contract, a legal obligation, legitimate operational and security interests, or consent where required. The basis depends on the activity and the law that applies.
When information is shared
We disclose information to service providers as needed to perform their work, such as website hosting and maintenance, payment processing, order fulfillment, delivery, email delivery, security, and customer support. For example, a carrier needs the delivery details to bring an order to you.

We use safeguards intended to protect personal information and restrict access according to operational need. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe information connected with your order has been misused.
Our store serves the United States. Providers may process information in other locations under applicable arrangements and law. This notice does not promise that every service provider stores data exclusively in New Jersey or the United States.
Your privacy rights and requests

The store is intended for adult purchasers. Children under 13 should not submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.
A published review may display the submitted name, rating, text, product, and submission date. Do not include an email address, order number, home address, or another person’s private information in the public text. Review moderation is explained on our Reviews page.
