Scotch Pine

Description

Recreating the charm of the Scottish Highlands

The Scotch Pine, also called Scots Pine, has long been a popular Christmas-tree species. Introduced from the Scottish Highlands, it has spread from New England across the Midwest. Its appearance resembles White Pine and Virginia Pine. For anyone accustomed to celebrating with a long-needled pine, our Scotch Pine with TrueNature Forest Tip offers a familiar tree to recall those festive memories.

Natural appearance and characteristics

Often admired as one of the most beautiful pines, the Scotch Pine has sturdy, widely spaced branches that place ornaments prominently on display. The needles remain attached to the tree, avoiding the nuisance of long fallen needles becoming caught in the carpet.
