Savoy Blue Spruce

Description

The Savoy Blue Spruce brings the beauty of a natural evergreen together with exceptionally careful craftsmanship. As part of the Platinum Collection, the Savoy is assembled by hand. Branch tips and light sets are carefully arranged together to make the artificial tree look convincing. Together, those details produce an attractive blue spruce whose natural look closely resembles a living tree. With a steel stand, foot switch power cord and an straightforward-to-assemble design that only uses a few sections, this tree is easy to set up, easy to store and ready to please.

The evergreen landscapes of Savoy, France, inspired this design. The region has a rich and intriguing history reaching back to the 11th century. Its setting is the striking landscape of the Western Alps. Across Savoy’s sweeping vistas, many kinds of evergreen trees cover the landscape. Their rich color coordinates with the pastel skies and the Alpine scenery stretching into the distance. True to life, this Savoy blue spruce Christmas tree features a conical shape that’s especially suitable for ornaments and other decorations. Its width ranges from 52 inches to 72, depending upon the selected height.

Treetime’s Real-Needle™ PE technology is an important contributor to this tree’s lifelike effect. Lifelike injection-molded PE needles merge with coordinating PVC foliage so closely that the finished tree can be difficult to distinguish from a genuine evergreen. A simple 1-socket connection links the pre-lit sections, making them easy to plug together without tangles. Treetime distinguishes its Platinum Collection from other brands through hand wiring and quality-control testing both during assembly and afterward. Each tree must meet 100% of the company’s expectations before it is shipped. You do not need to position the lights yourself. On each Platinum Collection tree, the lighting is carefully balanced to bring out its winter appearance while keeping the branches from looking crowded.

You can choose the Savoy Blue Spruce Artificial Christmas Tree configuration that best suits your preferences. Choose a height from 6.5 ft to 9 ft, then select the type of installed lighting you prefer. The offered LED ColorChange™ Lights give you control over the lighting color. Select clear, pastel, or multicolor light to match your mood. Another option is Protime Incandescent lighting, whose “Always Stay On” design keeps it illuminated even when bulbs are missing or broken. Don’t settle for anything less than perfection for your tree – customize it to your liking today. You’ll swiftly see that the Savoy Blue Spruce is no ordinary artificial Christmas tree – far from it!

Setup Guide

How to Shape Your Savoy Blue Spruce

A premium artificial Christmas tree looks its best after every branch section is opened, lifted, and shaped with care. Watch the short shaping video, then use these simple steps to make a fuller, more natural silhouette.

Start from the bottom and work upward. Shape one section at a time before adding the next section so the tree fills evenly from base to top.

Open the inner branches first. Lift and fan the tips near the trunk to hide open spaces and make the layered depth that makes the tree look lifelike.

Finish with the outer tips. Gently angle the visible branch tips in different directions, then step back and adjust the overall shape before decorating.

Allow the most time for the tree’s initial setup. In subsequent seasons, a light touch-up after storage should be all that is needed.
