Simplify control of your festive lights with the Crownvine Timer Controller. It has been developed specifically for use within the Crownvine 230V Connectable Lighting System to make managing the display more convenient.

Automate the switching times of a commercial building display, garden arrangement or extensive festive installation with this practical controller. By setting when the lights come on and go off, it reduces the need to operate the lighting manually each day.

Choose a schedule to suit the display from four operating modes on the Crownvine Timer Controller. Manual operation is available alongside three automatic timer programmes, providing flexibility over when the Christmas lights are illuminated.

Four Convenient Operating Modes

A single button operates the controller. An indicator light shows which setting has been selected, allowing you to identify the current mode while using the simple controls.

Mode 1, Manual Control, keeps the lights illuminated while power is supplied. Use the button to turn them on or off manually; the indicator stays continuously lit in this mode.

In Mode 2, the 8 Hour Timer runs the lights for 8 hours and turns them off for 16 hours. The sequence repeats every 24 hours, with rapid flashing of the indicator identifying the setting.

Select Mode 3, Split Timer, for 8 hours of light followed by 6 hours off, then another 2 hours on and 8 hours off. This sequence repeats at 24-hour intervals. The indicator flashes at its normal rate.

Mode 4 is the 4 Hour Timer: the lights stay on for 4 hours, then switch off for 20 hours. The cycle repeats every 24 hours. A slowly flashing indicator identifies this programme.

Choose the 8 hour timer when you want a display to stay illuminated through the evening. It then turns the lights off automatically overnight, avoiding the need to switch the display off manually.

Use the split timer to create two distinct lighting periods within each 24-hour cycle. It provides an alternative operating schedule when one continuous illuminated period does not suit the display.

The 4 hour timer suits a display that only needs to operate for a shorter part of the evening. Automatic switching keeps the lights from staying illuminated for longer than required.

Simple Operation with Memory Function

Use the controller’s single button to select between the available settings. The simple control arrangement makes it straightforward to change the operating programme to suit your preferred lighting schedule.

Hold down the button for about 3 seconds to change the operating setting. Each time you press and hold it, the controller moves forward to the next available mode.

Hold the button for about 10 seconds to return the controller to Mode 1..

In manual mode, press briefly to turn the connected lights on or off.

A built-in memory function saves the most recently chosen operating mode. This allows the controller to remember your last setting when you use the lighting system again.

Use the timer only with compatible products from the Crownvine 230V Connectable Lighting range. Supported types include Fairy Lights, Cluster Lights, Icicle Lights, Curtain Lights and Festoon Lights; it is designed exclusively for this system.

Install the controller between the compatible Crownvine power supply lead and the lights. Once connected in this position, it enables either manual operation or automatic timer control of the lighting arrangement.

Keep the combined wattage of every connected light within the controller’s maximum load of 500W. This limit still applies if the power supply has a higher capacity, so do not exceed the controller rating.

The purchase excludes a separate power-supply lead.

When installing outside, fit all connectors firmly and keep the connections away from standing water. The connection to the mains must also have suitable protection for the outdoor installation.
